东北三省城镇化发展研究（2013~2017）

Abstract:The initial level of urbanization in the three provinces of Northeast China is relatively high，the quality is constantly improved，and the public service of cities is increased. However，in recent years，the overall growth rate of urbanization in the three provinces of Northeast China is slow，the quality of urban economy lags behind the growth of quantity，the comprehensive competition of the four sub-provincial cities is not strong，the cooperation and coordination mechanism is unbalanced，the resource carrying capacity of small towns is not enough，and there are many resource-based cities，and the ecological environment is seriously damaged. Therefore，this paper holds that it is necessary to carry out the “new development concept” to promote the high quality development of new urbanization in the three provinces of Northeast China，and puts forward forward-looking，targeted and feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
