2003~2019年吉林省产业发展及空间布局研究

Abstract:Under the background of the new era，Industrial development and its rational layout are important supports for realizing the high-quality development of Jilin Province and the all-round revitalization of the Northeast China. Based on the analysis of the status quo of Industrial development and layout in Jilin Province，this paper identifies the existing problems scientifically. Through the selection of leading industries，it is proposed to build a modern integrated Industrial system based on modern agriculture，led by smart manufacturing，led by health service industry，and with a new model of ecology + industry. Following the overall industrial spatial development strategy of “strengthening the central area，axis-belt guidance，structural fulcrum，and regional linkage”，construct a four-level Industrial layout system of “one circle，three belts，multiple parks，and three districts”.
