2000~2019年河南制造业高质量发展存在的问题及对策研究

Abstract:Manufacturing industry is the lifeblood of the national economy and the backbone of the real economy. Henan，as a major emerging industrial province，has achieved phased results in the high-quality development of manufacturing industry，with a substantial leap in comprehensive strength，continuous optimization of industrial structure，accelerated green transformation，significant improvement in innovation capacity，and the emergence of key enterprises. Taking China’s major industrial provinces and other central provinces as reference objects，the comparative analysis results show that the high-quality development of Henan manufacturing industry still faces some difficulties，such as small overall industrial scale，low level of benefit and efficiency，weak innovation-driven ability，high degree of resource dependence，and high pressure of green transformation. High-quality development of manufacturing industry is a complex systematic project，Henan should take the five development concepts of innovation，coordination，green，open and sharing as the command，accelerate the quality change，efficiency change and power change of manufacturing industry，achieve high-quality development，and strive to contribute Henan’s strength to the construction of a strong manufacturing country.
