2014~2020年京津冀生态环境协同治理的困境与路径研究

Abstract:Eco-environment collaborative governance is an important part to be solved in the coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei. In recent years，the eco-environmentgovernance of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei is in a state of collaborative evolution. The organizational structure，policy guarantee and collaborative mechanism of collaborative governance have been initially constructed，and the collaborative governance has achieved remarkable results. At the same time，the current collaborative governance of eco-environment in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has periodic characteristics，and the institutional guarantee of collaborative governance is relatively lacking. To further promote the collaborative governance of the eco-environment in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei，the top-level design of regional eco-environment collaborative governance should be built，a multi-level eco-environment risk management and control systems should be established，and we need to improve the interest coordination mechanism of regional eco-environment governance.
