关于推动建筑业企业参与城镇老旧小区改造的调研报告（2021）——以南京和苏州两市为例

Abstract:Focusing on the theme of construction enterprises participating in the transformation of old urban residential areas，Jiangsu construction market supervision office，real estate market supervision office，construction management center and provincial construction industry association formed a research group to carry out the research in Nanjing and Suzhou，which started the transformation of old urban residential areas earlier. Through the discussion and field survey，we had in-depth exchanges with the construction units，construction units，competent departments and community cadres，and had a further understanding of the current situation of construction enterprises participating in the transformation of old residential areas. This report combs the current situation of old residential areas in Nanjing and Suzhou，analyzes the opportunities and challenges for construction enterprises to participate in the transformation of old residential areas，and puts forward some suggestions for the next work，such as strengthening co creation，promoting regional linkage，expanding capital sources，and strengthening industry guidance.
