Abstract:With the rapid development of digital technology，the creative design industry，as an important part of the cultural industry，has become increasingly closely related to all aspects of economic and social life. In the process of building the capital’s “four centers” function，promoting the continuous expansion of the capital’s creative design industry and the high-quality development of foreign trade is an important measure to improve the city’s international competitiveness and accelerate the spread of China’s excellent traditional culture. At present，the regional characteristics of Beijing’s creative design industry have become increasingly prominent，continuously integrated with related industries，and foreign trade has developed rapidly. However，there are still insufficient intellectual property protections，lack of high-end design talents，serious homogeneity of creative design products，and insufficient creative design radiation driving effects. Aspects of the problem. To this end，this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the intellectual property protection system，optimizing the training mechanism of design talents，improving the innovative capabilities of enterprises，and improving the creative design support policies.
