欧美等国家外资安全审查的趋势、内容与应对策略

Abstract:With China’s growing foreign direct investment into European countries and the United States，Chinese investments are increasingly subject to national security reviews in these countries. Trends show both commonalities and differences regarding the use and processes of national security reviews in Europe and America. This chapter analyzes trends regarding national security reviews of foreign investment in Europe and America at the macro，industry，and enterprise level.Based on this analysis，the chapter lays out the characteristics of national security review programs in the United States，EU，Germany，and other countries. Finally，appropriate countermeasures are proposed for Chinese companies “going out” to deal with foreign investment security reviews.
