2019~2020年中国-中东欧国家合作：从“16+1”到“17+1”

Abstract:With the accession of Greece in 2019，China-CEECs cooperation has evolved from “16+1” to “17+1”. Greece’s accession reflects the openness，inclusiveness and pragmatism of China-CEECs cooperation，which responded to the doubts about this cooperation mechanism and is conducive to the improvement of the “17+1” cooperation mechanism in the future. After evolving into “17+1” cooperation，China-CEECs cooperation has ushered in new growth points and growth momentum in the fields of trade，investment，cultural exchanges and other aspects. In the coming years，some works have to do under the “17+1” mechanism. It is important to respond well to the EU’s doubts about “17+1” cooperation，coordinate the relations of all parties after Greece’s accession，promote high-quality cooperation of “17+1” and handle the relationship with important countries in CEE region.
