2021年中国文化贸易政策：实践特征与现实影响

Abstract:At present，China has made clear the implementation path and scheme to achieve the goal of 2035 Cultural Power，and has also introduced a large number of cultural trade policies to better guide the cultural industry to bring-in and going-global，promoting the sound progress of cultural trade. China’s cultural trade policy covers both supportive and restrictive contents，and takes the development of all fields and key industries of the cultural industry into account. It can not only promote the expansion of cultural trade and investment，but also brings some social benefits. However，it also has certain compliance issues. Hence，China should draw lessons from foreign policy and experience，and formulate a compliant and effective cultural trade policy under the framework of international rules，and also pay more attention to the balance between industry opening and cultural protection.
