近年来互联网信息内容的变化与思考

Abstract:This paper analyzes the changes of China's Internet information content in recent years，and puts forward a view that the order of China's online information service has entered a “new normal”.It features four aspects：（1）the full governance of the supply side of current political news and comments.（2）large internet enterprises desalinize the role of information content providers（ICP）.（3）the behavior of Internet users tends to be non political and diversified.（4）social networking has become the most time -consuming for Internet users.（5）knowledge Payment has strengthened the construction of Internet content.The existing problems of Internet information content are（1）violating public order and good customs.（2）the accuracy of public opinion study has become more and more difficult.（3）the work of using the Internet to resolve issues in grass-roots unit needs to be strengthened.（4）the providing of the good content from journalist is less active.The paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions，（1）managing with one hand and make full use on the other hand.（2）giving full play to the role of public opinion in social governance.（3）establishing a new model of government information based on the innovation of big data through reform and innovation.
