2017年中国互联网治理发展研究报告

Abstract:Internet governance in China had a great development in 2017. Series of laws and regulations such as Cyber Security Law of the People's Republic of China provide more protection for people and state. However，the governance is facing increasing number of challenges about border ambiguity and group diversity，which require our government set the dynamics and encourage more roles involved such as enterprise，netizens，media and social organizations into the process of Internet governance. In this paper，the characters of Internet governance in China in 2017 were summarized and the effects brought by different roles were estimated. Strategic suggestions for the next steps of Internet governance were also brought out in final.
