Abstract:With the continuous implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative，communication service enterprises tend to go overseas together，driving China’s information and communication industry to “going-out”. As one of the world’s leading telecommunications equipment manufacturer，Comba Telecom System Holding has been committed to providing high-value solutions to global customers over the years，actively helping Laos to build a telecommunications network and a telecommunications industry platform oriented to Southeast Asia. Based on Comba’s acquisition of Laos national telecom company，this paper analyzes the operation process，results and future planning for enterprises to “going-out”，providing examples and reference for enterprises to explore the international market，to seek technological breakthroughs and business transformation，to expand business in surrounding countries，and to contribute to the interconnectivity among Southeast Asia.
