合成毒品跨境犯罪的演进趋势：以东南亚为例

Abstract:The scale of cross-border drug crime in Southeast Asia is relatively serious，and the drug market in Southeast Asia is undergoing profound changes. At present，Southeast Asia has become the world’s largest and most active methamphetamine market，especially in the “Golden Triangle” area where the expanding production of synthetic drugs such as crystalline methamphetamine，ketamine and other synthetic drugs are transported from southern Myanmar into Thailand and then smuggled to Malaysia，Australia，New Zealand，South Korea，Japan and other parts of the world. The trend of cross-border crime related to synthetic drugs in Southeast Asia is increasingly severe，which is particularly likely to affect East Asia，South Asia and Oceania，and will pose more and more obvious challenges to the public security and public health in Southeast Asian countries and neighboring areas. This report expects to study the trend of synthetic drug cross-border crimes，and analyze the causes of this issue and put forward some thoughts on the issue.
