Abstract:China and Brazil are both regional countries. Since the 21st century，their economic and trade relations have become increasingly close. Under the background of slowing economic globalization and sluggish growth，the results of China-Brazil economic and trade cooperation in 2019 are satisfactory. Further promoting and strengthening China-Brazil economic and trade cooperation has an important and positive role in the current development of both countries. China and Brazil should strengthen and improve the construction of bilateral and multilateral economic and trade cooperation mechanisms on the basis of Cosban. For the structural problems of China-Brazil’s trade at this stage and the spillover effects of structural changes in China’s economy，Brazil should view and understand them from the perspective of basic economic rule and globalization，and gradually deal with and seek new changes from the perspective of steadily enhancing self-development capacity，rather than simply blaming the influence of China’s factors. In the process of economic and trade cooperation between China and Brazil，China should actively support Brazil’s long-standing dream of industrialization，strive to help Brazil join the global industrial chain，and continuously enhance Brazil’s self-development capacity as one of the key directions of future economic and trade cooperation between the two countries in the future.
