Abstract:Intellectual property is an important means to enhance regional competitiveness This report analyzes the intellectual property development status of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，the following conclusions are drawn：First，the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area leads the country in the intellectual property creation，and the intellectual property creation in the urban agglomeration on the East Bank of the Pearl River is better than that on the West Bank of the Pearl River；Second，the level of legalization of intellectual property protection is constantly improving，and the intellectual property protection system is constantly improving and in line with international rules；Third，the intellectual property utilization is in good condition，which promotes the technological progress，financing guarantee and income improvement of enterprises.And，it is found that the main problems existing in the development of intellectual property in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are as follows：First，the proportion of invention authorization，utility model authorization and design authorization is uneven，and the quality of intellectual property needs to be improved；Second，the development of intellectual property among cities is unbalanced；Third，the difference of the right system among Guangdong，Hong-Kong，Macao is easy to cause legal disputes；Fourth，the intellectual property litigation cases of IPO Financing of enterprises occur frequently.Based on the comprehensive analysis，the following countermeasures are put forward：to optimize the patent application process and promote the “mutual recognition” of intellectual property in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area；to create an environment for respecting，training and introducing intellectual property talents；to build an intellectual property service platform with HongKong-Shenzhen-Guangzhou；to establish a linkage mechanism of judicial and administrative protection of intellectual property in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area；to strengthen the intellectual property protection of actors；to strengthen the innovation strategy for the sustainable development of intellectual property.
