2020年国家新能源汽车政策动态及建议

Abstract:This article summarizes and analyzes the new energy vehicle policies issued at the national level since 2020，mainly involving five major respects including macro comprehension，production access，financial subsidies，tax policies and points management. Since 2020，these policies have focused on the support to the stable development of the industry in all respects and continued to simplify the pre-implementation approval to create a good policy environment for the industrial development. In the face of the current new round of technology revolution and acceleration of industrial change，new technologies，new formats and new models are continuously emerged，while industrial development are exposed to many opportunities and challenges. Based on this，this article recommends actively implementing national peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality goals，and researching and introducing the automobile industry action plans as soon as possible；taking the following generation of new energy vehicles are core，improving the design of industrial policy system in next stage；focusing on cross-industrial integration of new energy vehicles，strengthening the support to cross-border integration；promoting industrial cultivation and support，continuing to improve financial and taxation policies.
