高等教育市场化改革后日本国立大学内部治理研究

Abstract:With the deepening of the market-oriented reform of higher education，Japan has implemented the corporatization reform of national universities and established a series of education quality assurance systems，which have ensured the autonomy and self-discipline of university operation，strengthened the responsibility of universities to the society，and created a number of world-class universities with great international competitiveness. Driven by neoliberalism，domestic economic influence，international higher education competition，the needs of Japanese industry and the limitations of national universities，Japan’s national universities have launched the marketization reform with corporatization as the main focus，and gradually formed a relatively mature internal power balance mechanism characterized by social constraints and institutional constraints，and with the establishment of a hierarchy which is governed by multiple parties. Therefore，the marketization of Japan’s national universities have great implications for how we deepen the comprehensive reform of universities in China.
