大学科研非学术影响评估：澳大利亚的探索与反思

Abstract:With the shift of university knowledge production model，the appearance of social value pursuit to public research investment as well as the promotion of public trust on scientific research，the Australian government put forward the non-academic assessment framework of university research：“Engagement and Impact Assessment 2018”. This framework assesses the non-academic impact from three perspectives：research engagement，research impact and approach to impact. In addition，it emphasizes a combination of quantitative（key indicators）and qualitative（narrative statements）methods. Though this assessment framework has faced many challenges，it is bound to be improved in the process of development. The Australian practice has set a benchmark for the non-academic impact assessment of University research in other countries.
