Abstract:With the development of Internet technology，disinformation escapes from the scope of conventional media and portal websites，and is rampant in global social media. Disinformation may affect the public’s right to know in a small way，and affect social stability，national security and even the fate of humanity. The world is facing the harm of disinformation，and trying hard to find effective ways to curb its spread. Singapore，Malaysia and Thailand have taken substantial steps in the regulation of online disinformation，which is representative to some extent. The regulatory practices of the three countries have caused internal and external disputes，so it is of certain reference value to study the regulatory paths and the handling of the disputes.
