Abstract:Shortly after the third proposition of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC for the first time proposed the major proposition of “Modernization of the governance system and governance capacity”，the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core named the “Modernization of Xinjiang governance system and governance capacity”. A unique format concept for local governance so far reflects the strategic Significance of “Xinjiang governance” in the top-level design of national governance. In the past three years，under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era，the Internet Information Office of Xinjiang has focused on the general goal of “social stability and long-term peace and order” and integrated ecological governance of network information content into real social and economic development. The process of “Modern Xinjiang Governance System and Governance Capability Modernization”，keeps innovating the “Internet Trust Governance” mechanism and system，and has embarked on a path of Xinjiang’s unique network governance and development that is in line with China’s national conditions，Xinjiang’s social conditions，and network security and informatization. Net governance has opened up a new situation in Xinjiang’s governance system and governance capabilities.
