Abstract:In recent years，due to the impact of political manipulation and misinformation on Internet content and social order，the understanding and attitude toward the governance of internet content is gradually changing in countries around the world. Legislation，administrative management and enterprise self-discipline have been strengthened. Meanwhile，China’s Internet content governance，proceeding from China’s national conditions，has gradually developed and gradually improved. It has played the functions and roles of the government，enterprises，society and citizens in the network ecological governance，forming a comprehensive system. This paper attempts to sort out the gradual change of the concept of global Internet content governance and the main characteristics of China’s Internet content governance，and puts forward suggestions.
