Abstract:Located on the diving line of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and on the junction of the Yellow River and Qin river，Jiaozuo City is also named the mouth of hundred rivers，the head of hovering reach of the Yellow River，and the axis of North China. Jiaozuo is blessed with unique natural resources and cultural heritages，which enrich the cultural landscape along the Yellow River. In the past year，focusing on the major national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin，Jiaozuo has actively explored the way of protection and promotion for the Yellow River，and hence has achieved tangible results. However，there are still some problems and shortcomings to which it needs to pay attention from the system and practice. It should introduce scientific and feasible special planning as soon as possible，keep increasing capital investment，accelerate the transformation and upgrading cultural industry projects，and constantly enhance the international influence of the Yellow River culture in Jiaozuo till it achieves new breakthrough in the 14th Five-Year period.
