文章摘要：经过2009年12月和2010年1月两轮投票，中右翼联盟的塞巴斯蒂安·皮涅拉战胜中左翼联盟的爱德华多·弗雷赢得智利总统大选。中右翼联盟的胜利，主要取决于三个方面的因素：第一，由于智利政坛就基本的治国理念和政策思想存在着广泛的共识，大选结果的直接决定因素是不同阵营候选人的个人特质；第二，不同政治力量之间的处境、条件及其策略选择影响着大选的进程和结果；第三，中左翼联盟执政的成败得失构成了大选年智利政局演变的深层背景。
Abstract:The Chilean presidential election of 2009-2010 ended with the center-right candidate，Sebastián Piñera，winning the runoff and thus becoming the first president from the right in 20 years. The election is mainly a result from distinguishing personal character of those presidential candidates，the realignment of various political forces，and growing disenchantment with the ruling center-left coalition’s performance. 展开
