哥斯达黎加：大选前经济和社会双重承压

Abstract:The Laura Chinchilla government saw the lowest supporting rate for the recent six consecutive governments. Due to the world economic downturn，the economic growth rate of Costa Rica fell to 3.2% in 2013. The government had to resolve both current account and fiscal deficits.
