文章摘要：2007年，巴拉圭政治经济形势发生了重大变化。在政治上，红党的执政地位正日益受到反对派的强大挑战，几个主要反对党组成的联盟提出了下届总统的候选人，准备在2008年的大选中战胜红党。在经济上，由于进入21世纪后通胀严重和经济衰退，于2003年上台的杜阿尔特总统大力进行改革，并已初见成效，通胀压力有所减小，经济开始稳步发展。在社会领域，贫困率仍居高不下，失业率较高。在外交上，巴拉圭继续对台湾当局予以支持。
Abstract:In 2007 significant political changes took place in Paraguay.In this process the ruling Colorado party was faced with severe challenges from the opposition，which had nominated its candidate for the 2008 presidential election.
