后疫情时代G20新型基础设施建设重点与政策展望

Abstract:New infrastructure construction with core of new digital technology such as 5G，industrial Internet，artificial intelligence，Internet data center will become the new driving force of economic growth of G20 in the Post-pandemic Era. At the early stage，new infrastructure construction needs stable global industrial chain as underlying support，digital science and technology innovation strength as basic power，perfect system construction as important guarantee and financing innovation as critical path. At the same time，we should try to avoid duplicate construction and excess investment，reducing excessive government intervention，strengthen international communication to avoid the risks associated with new infrastructure construction. As main fulcrum of “six stability” and “six protect”，China should follow these principles such as sharing technology and industrial development，sharing market and sharing developing opportunities to highlight our responsibility in global economic governance.
