疫情防控与湖北服务外包产业恢复与发展研究

Abstract:Hubei is the earliest and most serious area where the new coronavirus has ravaged the country. However，after the pandemic，the recovery and development of service outsourcing industry is still a strategic industry to start the regional economy and realize the normalization and modernization of service trade development. Taking Hubei as an example，this paper analyzes the development trend and strategy of the current service outsourcing industry，and puts forward some countermeasures for Hubei to take service outsourcing as a breakthrough，promote the recovery of service trade as soon as possible under the normal situation of pandemic prevention and control，and turn “crisis” into “opportunity”. China should innovate the service outsourcing industry to consolidate the industrial foundation of modern service industry in Hubei；focus on the characteristics to give full play to the comprehensive economic effect of service outsourcing industry in Hubei；pay equal attention to onshore and offshore service outsourcing to build the “Hubei Element” international value chain；focus on the talent strategy to innovate the talent growth mechanism of service outsourcing industry in Hubei.
