文章摘要:当前新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进,人工智能、大数据、物联网等新技术新应用新业态方兴未艾,数字技术成为发展新引擎,加速推动了文化贸易的数字化发展,出现了数字文化贸易新形式。2020年新冠肺炎疫情在全球蔓延,对传统国际服务贸易产生重大影响,但处于数字科技时代下的数字文化贸易却迎来了新的发展机遇。本文从流媒体视频、在线教育、移动游戏、流媒体音乐、数字旅游领域详细分析了疫情冲击下全球数字文化贸易的发展趋势和国际格局,并在机遇与挑战并存的现状下,为后疫情时代数字文化贸易的发展提出相应的中国策略,即在后疫情时代加快推动数字文化服务优化升级,积极参与国际数字贸易规则的制定,促进数字文化贸易政策逐步开放。

Abstract:At present,a new round of technological and industrial revolution accelerates the speed of economic development. New technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet of Things have become a new engine that has deepened the digitization of cultural trade. And new forms of digital cultural trade have emerged. In 2020,the new pandemic COVID-19 has spread around the world,which has a huge impact on the traditional international trade in services. However,the digital cultural trade in the era of digital technology has ushered in new development opportunities. In this paper,we analyzed the development tendency and the international pattern of the streaming media,online education,mobile games,digital music and digital tourism areas under the impact of COVID-19. We will put forward the corresponding Chinese strategies of digital cultural trade development facing the coexistence of opportunities and challenges. In the post pandemic era,we should accelerate the optimization and upgrading of digital cultural services,actively participate in the formulation of international rules for digital trade,and promote the gradual opening of digital cultural trade policies.
