长三角水环境治理区域合作机制研究（2013~2014）
文章摘要：长三角区域水环境问题是一个整体，仅从局域的角度很难解决全局的问题。本研究在深入分析长三角区域地表水资源、水环境质量现状及污染成因的基础上，探讨长三角区域建立水环境综合治理协调机制的必要性。研究建议，长三角地区要进一步推进流域的环境管理区域合作，完善合作机制，不断提高合作的等级和深度，进一步加强水环境规划、标准的协调统一，推进信息共享，实现区域可持续发展。
Abstract:It is difficult to solve all environmental issues of Yangtze River locally.
