长三角水环境治理的PPP模式及优化路径研究

Abstract:The Yangtze River Delta region is one of the earliest regions in China to implement environmental governance PPP projects. At present，there are a large number of PPP projects for water environment management in the Yangtze River Delta，and the proportion of PPP projects is also high. Sewage treatment projects accounted for a high proportion of water environment management PPP projects. However，the current problems are lack of supporting regulations，insufficient financing models，and inadequate of supervision，pricing，revenue and risk management. In the future，the Yangtze River Delta region can further optimize the existing management system and promotion model in terms of institutional system，performance supervision，price formation mechanism，risk sharing and compensation，and investment and financing methods.
