水环境治理创新：以浦东新区河道治理为例

文章摘要：水质污染是中国面临的最为严重的环境问题之一，防治水质污染已成为中国环境保护的一项紧迫任务。对浦东新区1999年及2011年两次河道水质普查结果进行比较，综合论述2000～2014年间浦东新区主要河道水质变化趋势，分析河道水质污染原因，河道治理过程中存在的问题，并提出浦东新区对以后河道水环境保护要创新环境管理的制度方法，采取切实可行的治理建议，以期为政府及河道管理部门提供参考。
