2020年完善中国数字治理的制度设计及推进策略

Abstract:The great development of digital economy calls for the great change of digital governance. At present，China’s digital economy is developing rapidly，but there are still some institutional deficiencies and shortcomings in digital governance，and digital governance lags behind the development of digital economy. To improve China’s digital governance，we should focus on the four key words of opening up，reform，innovation and security，handling the important relationships between openness and security，innovation and supervision，development and governance. We should also benchmark international high standard digital rules，focus on the shortcomings and problems in China’s digital governance，and design the system plan as a whole，which can improve China’s digital governance capacity and promote the high-quality development of China’s digital economy.
