Abstract:Since the approval of the comprehensive test area for cross-border e-commerce，Qingdao comprehensive test area has taken new opportunities for the development of cross-border e-commerce and cultivated new energy for industry development. Qingdao has carried out the effective work and exploration in the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce，infrastructure construction，building ecosystem and other aspects. It made efforts to a strategic hub of North Asia Digital Silk Road. The report summarizes the achievements of Qingdao in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry，and analyzes the innovative measures taken by Qingdao comprehensive test area to accelerate the development of cross-border e-commerce from five aspects：government policy support，online communication，offline activities，improving the industrial ecological chain，and multi-measures to solve the difficulties of enterprises. Meanwhile，the report summarizes the existing problems in the development of cross-border e-commerce in Qingdao comprehensive test area，puts forward the future development strategies and suggestions from the policy construction，industry integration，cross-border e-commerce B2B export，infrastructure and service system construction and the finance of supply chain，etc. It will promote the exploration and innovation development of comprehensive test area and help high quality development of cross-border e-commerce in Qingdao.
