Abstract:The difficulties that private economies face is actually due to industrial restructuring problems caused by the receding of demographic bonus. Private enterprises' pressures in restructuring and industrial transformation are much heavier than that of financing difficulties. Facing current severe economic situation, it is inevitable for capital to shift from industrial area to finance and real estate areas, resulting in the reducing of national economic growth. Given the importance of the private enterprises in the economy, industrial transformation will directly determine the prospects of private economy, as well as the long-term growth trend of China's national economy.
