2018~2019年中国关于促进新材料应用推广的思考与建议

Abstract:New materials are the pioneers of industrial change. The so-called “one generation material，one generation industry”. Behind the transformation and upgrading of industry is the large-scale promotion and application of new materials. At present，China’s manufacturing industry is in the critical stage of transformation and upgrading，and accelerating the development of new materials has important strategic significance for building a strong manufacturing country. Application and promotion is the core link of the development of new materials industry，and also an important obstacle to the industrialization of new materials. At present，there are many problems in the application and promotion of new materials in our country，such as bad use，dare not use，can not use，bad use，etc. The development of industry is stuck in the application and promotion. How to speed up the application and promotion of new materials，ensure that downstream enterprises are willing to use，reassured and use them well，reduce the external dependence of high-end materials and key materials，so as to enhance the competitiveness of domestic new materials and ensure the national industrial economic security，has become an important issue facing the development of new materials industry in China，which needs to be focused on.
