Abstract:Industry is the cornerstone of national development. As a key component of industrial development，manufacturing is of great significance to the construction of industrial powers and network powers. In the development process of the manufacturing industry，human resources，capital，technology and other factors have become the key factors affecting the development of the manufacturing industry. In order to solve the problem of short-term supply of some key factors in the current manufacturing development process，we will promote the matching of supply and demand of manufacturing factors and better realize the high-quality development of manufacturing. This paper starts from defining the needs of key factors in manufacturing at this stage，discusses the key elements needed for the high-quality development of manufacturing at this stage，summarizes the problems existing in the supply of key factors on the basis of definition，and proposes targeted recommendations based on actual conditions.
