Abstract:In 2017，global industrial robot sales achieved new breakthroughs. China has won the “five consecutive championships” in the global industrial robot market. The sales volume of industrial robots in China has risen sharply，but the growth rate of domestic industrial robots has been exceeded by foreign industrial robots for the first time. In order to clarify the conditions of the enterprise and guide the rational development of local and enterprises，the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the first list in line with the “Standard Conditions for Industrial Robot Industry”. Strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and enterprises，optimizing the strategic layout and upgrading the technical level is the main trend of the industrial robot industry. Intelligent，professional and precise are the main directions for the development of industrial robot technology. China’s domestic industrial robots have made gratifying breakthroughs in technology，and found a certain breakthrough in the upstream of the industrial robot industry chain. Facing the dominance of foreign industrial robot enterprises，China should give full play to the industrial clustering advantages of industrial robots in the industrial clusters and robot towns of the country，and encourage domestic leading enterprises to move up the industrial robot industry chain，break through the core technology and core components of the industrial robot field. Focus on the intelligent development of industrial robots，broaden the application fields of industrial robots. focus on the construction of laws and regulations，create a good policy atmosphere for the development of industrial robot industry，and realize the high-quality development of industrial robots.
