美国军用集成电路制造能力建设研究

文章摘要:美国对国防关键系统所用的集成电路一直采取保护措施,其军用集成电路制造能力主要依托“可信代工”项目进行建设,在境内保留了其产业链的全部要素。美国国防部指定国防微电子中心每年开展可信认证活动,并对所有可信代工线分三类进行管理,建设效果十分显著,确保了先进工艺“可信”和老旧工艺“可获”。但由于军用集成电路先进制造能力来源唯一,美国国防部正不断开发新的方法来应对危机,因此“可信代工”项目处于不断发展变化中,并且会越来越受到国防部的重视。

Its military integrated circuit manufacturing capability mainly relies on the “Trusted foundry” project,and retains all the elements of its industrial chain in the country. Abstract:The United States has been taking protective measures for integrated circuits used in key defense systems. Its military integrated circuit manufacturing capability mainly relies on the “Trusted foundry” project,and retains all the elements of its industrial chain in the country. The Ministry of National Defense designates the National Defense Microelectronics Center to carry out credible certification activities every year,and to manage all trusted OEM lines in three categories. The construction effect is remarkable,which ensures that advanced technology is “credible” and old technology is “available”. However,due to the unique source of advanced manufacturing capability for military integrated circuits,the U.S. Department of Defense is constantly developing new ways to deal with the crisis,so the “Trusted foundry” project is constantly changing,and will be paid more and more attention by the Department of Defense.
