Abstract:Since the establishment of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund in September 2014，the first phase of the investment of the Big Fund has been completed，covering leading enterprises，potential enterprises and projects in the design，manufacture，packaging & test and equipment & materials areas，with remarkable results. At the same time，the big fund has also played a full role of leverage，not only to attract private capital into the integrated circuit industry，but also to promote local governments to set up more than 500 billion RMB of industrial funds，which has set off a boom in the development of China’s integrated circuit industry.
