文章摘要：2016年，国内外智慧城市建设如火如荼，相关的各类ICT技术发展迅速，基础网络技术仍旧保持较快的发展势头，千兆宽带进入应用阶段。开放数据技术应用逐渐成熟，物联网技术应用持续普及和完善，整体性、平台性解决方案成为主流。未来计算、虚拟现实等新兴技术在智慧城市建设中的应用进入初级阶段，但大部分的新兴技术仍需要5～10年才能在智慧城市建设中进入主流应用时期。
