Abstract:With the developing of Smart City Building all over the world，the standardization and evaluation of Smart City attracted more attention. International standards agencies including International Standard Organization（ISO），International Telecommunication Union（ITU），and national standard research institutes such as British Standards Institution（BSI），National Institute of Standard and Technology（NIST），Standardization Administration of China，as well as standard research institute build by Smart City leading cities such as Beijing，Shanghai in China all introduced relevant research achievements of smart city evaluation.
