Abstract:The large and medium sized and small enterprises are the common builders of the industrial chain and the innovation chain，and are also the builders of various markets and diversified competition. At present，the development level of the medium and small enterprises in our country is not high，the cooperation among enterprises is not enough，and the cooperation carrier and effective service are lacking. To enhance the development level of large and medium-sized enterprises in China，we need to start from several aspects，such as the demonstration park，the development platform，the capabilities of SMEs，the collaborative innovation and the market environment.
