新兴产业投融资的现状和问题分析

Abstract:This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of investment and financing in emerging industries，and points out that policy financing promotes the development of emerging industries with remarkable effect，and market financing supports new industries increasingly，and analyzes the characteristics of investment and financing models of subdivided industries. Analysis of emerging industry investment and financing at present there are several problems，including policy risk compensation and financing efforts need to be strengthened；equity debt financing is limited；the local park attaches great importance to the development of emerging industries of the investment and financing system，but large differences in regional development；financial institutions to actively develop a series of new financial products and services according to the characteristics of emerging industries however，lack of local implementation measures. Specific analysis of European venture capital guidance fund，and the United States science and technology bank and other models for domestic reference. It puts forward some policy suggestions，such as information exchange between industries and financial departments，innovation of financial support，improvement of financing guarantee and risk compensation system，and diversification of financing means.
