文章摘要：信息通报、应急保障、态势感知、检查评估、安全防护等共同构成了工业信息安全技术保障体系。2017年，在信息通报与应急保障工作方面，工业和信息化部印发了《工业控制系统信息安全事件应急管理工作指南》，组织开展了工业信息安全信息报送与通报试点、工业控制系统信息安全（以下简称“工控安全”）事件应急演练等工作，为建立完善的工业信息安全通报与应急保障工作机制打下了坚实基础。
