Abstract:According to the requiement of “People’s Republic of China network security law” and “Guidance on deepening integration development of manufacturing and Internet（State issue〔2016〕No.28）”，Cyberspace Administration of China and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have optimized and improved top-level design constantly，introduced a series of strategies，planning and guidance，which are based on “People’s Republic of China network security law”，to cope with the increasingly complex and severe industrial information security situation and enhance the protection level of industrial information security since 13th Five-Year. In order to provide solid security assurance for the manufacturing power and network power strategy，work requirements and main responsibility of industrial information security are proposed and determined from testing，assessment monitoring，emergency，technology，industry，services and so on.
