Abstract:At present，the layout adjustment and resource allocation of the global electronic information industry worldwide were further deepened. The market share of emerging economies in the field of electronic information industry kept growing，while the market share of developed economies decreased slowly. As innovation kept emerging in the industry，the industry’s role in economic development had attracted more attention. In 2017，a series of policies and measures were unveiled successively by major countries and regions such as the US，Japan，the EU，Korea and India to promote the innovative development of the electronic information industry.
