Abstract:The city of Casablanca（Dalbeda）is located on the east coast of the Atlantic Ocean and is not only the largest city in Morocco but also a hub connecting Europe，the Middle East and Africa. As the largest port city，economic center and transportation hub，it is known as “the lung of Morocco” and “the bride of the Atlantic”. It is an important node city of the Belt and Road. The population is younger，the urbanization is higher，and the total GDP is larger，especially the development of the second and third industries has great potential and vitality. Casablanca is also the economic capital of Morocco，bringing together a large number of international companies and headquarters and business units of Moroccan local companies. Casablanca’s future goal is to build financial centers and smart cities，so it focuses on financial development and smart and sustainable investment.
