2011~2019年东盟可持续城市化战略框架及其行动计划

Abstract:This paper presents a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the development framework，current actions and future priority action programmes of the sustainable urbanization strategy of ASEAN. The ASEAN Strategic Framework for Sustainable Urbanization comprises six areas，namely，citizenship and society，health and well-being，safety，quality environment，infrastructure development，industry and innovation，covering a total of 18 sub-areas. In recent years，ASEAN has implemented related sustainable urbanization actions at the global/Asian，ASEAN，subregional，national and local levels，but still faces many challenges and obstacles in terms of decision-making，finance，and implementation. Looking ahead，ASEAN should focus on seven priority areas，namely，inclusive and equitable growth，housing，personal safety and security，and focus on eight priority action plans，including digital payments and the expansion of affordable housing.
