Abstract:With the rapid development of intelligent technology，the development of smart cities around the world is at an important turning point. After nearly a decade of experimentation and exploration，global urban intelligentization has made remarkable progress，and high-income cities have a significant advantage in terms of technological infrastructure and digital applications. However，some developing cities in Asia are rapidly emerging. It will become the center of the future global smart city movement. Smart cities require smart government，but the participation of the private sector and all residents is crucial in shaping the future of cities.
