Abstract:2019 Hospital City Ranking by Medbelle focuses on the overall hospital ecosystem of the city. The evaluation indicators are mainly divided into three categories，infrastructure，quality of care and access. The ranking shows that international metropolises are often hospital center cities. East Asian countries perform well. Tokyo，Seoul，and Singapore all rank in the top 10，and Beijing in China ranks 83. The indicators for nurses per capita and mental health professionals per capita are low. China big cities needs to improve the per capita and quality indicators of the medical center city，develop international medical services and insurance，strengthen public health advantages，and focus on medical management and health promotion. International communication，public health and safety services should correspond to the actual management and service population，and build a global medical center city with transparent information and safe service.
